I fully understand the difference between a TSB and a NHTSA Mandated Recall.

Whether you want to classify this (NHTSA makes Toyota modify seat latch recall — Autoblog) as a TSB or recall I don't really care. This is just a classic example of the way Toyota behaves, and it's inexcusable.

Funny, though, how we don't see news articles about TSBs for everyone else, just Toyota. And I know everybody has them. Plenty of them.
