Given that he was perpendicular to the street, and given the the plastic on the window was opaque, I have several questions.

One) Exactly where was he going if he let go? The neighbor's front lawn?
Two) What about cross traffic coming from his right?
Three) Has anybody suggested he have a vasectomy?

Maybe this totalled his ricer so now he doesn't have to get the window repaired.
