In truth our NA Crossfires are not street racers, or drag racers. While the SRT's are hot they too are not designed to be built up as street or drag strip racers. Some guys have done a good job of pressing the envelope. But getting a 13 second car to 11 seconds (a 15% improvement) takes a lot of money and tinkering and hopefully the electronics don't get in the way.
That's because the SRT6 is trick/tuned up already.

A decent big block Chevy or Ford can do that with half the mods.

I haven't seen what the Genisis crowd has been able to cook up. Give them a year or two and the tuners will have them racking 13's, maybe even low ones, in the NAs. The car also handles well and if you are into drifting, it is easier to get it to cooperate. Try doing it in your Crossy. Almost imposssible, even with the trac control off.

Our NA Crossfires are just SLK's with a fancy skin. Not exactly the burnout king down at the Dairyqueen.
