The only problem with what your saying is where would I find a cap to block the exhaust off when I'm not at the track lol
kolevski i did the res delete and the secondary cat dlete on mine. if you replace the resonator with the new muffler you really arent getting anywere as the resonator is a flow thru design.
like i said before your system is so easy why not a true dual with the magnaflow? then if you want a stright exhaust cutouts are an easy addon.
the caps are easy to fab . use the flange from the old cats and a blocking plate with a gasket.
