Maybe not a good comparison but I just had our Buick Century trans filter and fluid change yesterday.
Machine hooked to trans lines and ALL 14.6 quarts of fluid were flushed completely out then a trans cleaner was run through and finally 14.6 new quarts of fluid put back in.
