I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was driving me crazy. I just went back out there and with it being dark my flashlight was doing better at lighting up the nooks and cranies around the engine - it had landed on the heatshield under the exhaust manifold. Only the very tip was visible from just the right angle. Perfect spot for the magnet to grab it. I am back in business! Hot Damn!!!!! NO floating bolts around the engine - never good.
