Pick up a tube of Meguiar's ScratchX and apply it with a foam wax applicator and a bit of passion. Wipe it off before it dries. Apply a second or third time if need be. Avoid using terry cloth as an applicator though. As long as you can not feel the scratch/scuff with your fingernail (unless it's a bit of paint transfer) you should get rid of fairly easily.
