I believe, not 100% sure, but I believe that the best way to see power from the headers is to also go with a full header-back exhaust.
You also gain HP but lose some low end torque. So it is not on the top of the list for many people. They do sound fantastic when put together with a full custom exhaust.
Since Eurocharged started making the Long Tube Headers for the C32, demand for the shorty headers has obviously dropped off significantly so there hasn't been much push for them. I'm sure if you called Eurocharged they could give you the 100% correct information and pricing details.
