Default Re: Put the new parts on

Today I drove around and was checking out my IAT's. After a few sprints up to 70 mph the IAT's were around 125 and they stayed there. I drove around normally a few minutes to see if they would drop but they stayed the same. So I parked the car for an hour, then went back to pinch the return line just in case air is still in the system. Started the car with the IAT's at 140º, pinched the line and drove around the garage. Un pinched the hose and drove around the garage a bit and they came down to 125 again. (it's in the mid 80's here) So my question. Do you think the IAT's are staying at 125 because I still have air in the system or because the cooling systems are still connected? Is my stock pump not doing the job? Opinions welcome. Tomorrow or friday I'll separate the systems and see what difference it makes.
