Everything is covered in the above posts, noisy and wear like crazy in warmer weather.
If these have those sipes? (little slits in the rubber) they whine in the rain on top of the normal noise.
In warm weather these tires will leave black marks on the pavement if you turn the wheels too sharply when maneuvering in driveways and parking lots. Turn the wheel when you are not moving and the rubber removed is amazing to see. If you do not see any rubber it is because that first soft layer has worn away and they are not as good on ice as they were new.
Use only at freezing point and below if possible. If you use them one winter and one summer they will not be any good the next winter.
