well they have already used 3 qts. of the oil I provided. They need to replace that at their cost. the paper they gave me ONLY stated "transmission service" nothing specific, and they didn't make me circle YES or NO when it asked if I understood what was happening with the supposed flush. So I atleast have that in my favor.
