ICE is a very quick product to apply - in fact its as quick as using a detail spray. It will last a couple of weeks but I just use it after every wash. It brings up the black rubbers as well and leaves no nasty residue.

If the car is clean but just a bit dusty, I use Meguirers detail spray and then ICE, the whole thing takes 10 mins.
