Ok, update.
Home today getting the car and took a look. After we got the pan off of the bottom and followed the oil up I think I found it at the back of the left (if you are looking at the front of the car) valve cover.
We also pulled out the warranty info and I believe it is covered. If it is, I'd rather have someone else do it than do it myself. So I'm going to go to a dealership sometime next week probably and seeing if they will do it under the warranty. Question for you guys is, should I bring it to a chrysler or mercedes dealership? Will one know what they are doing better than the other?
And on a side note, I replaced the steering stabilizer while I was under there. That old one was shot, easy to pull it back and forth with my hands. New one is much better. Definitely worth the 20-30 bucks and 3 minutes to fix.

It's an easy job and not hard at all. The most difficult part is disconnecting the gas line so the cover can come out on the drivers side. The valve covers have a rubber gasket so no mess. I would suggest if you do want them to do it, to also have the little breathers on top re done as well. Those are usually what leaks and not the valve cover. You may also try tightening the valve cover. You can also choose to do just the one cover. I don't trust the dealer for that easy of a fix.
