But one of my complaints has been the shift to 3rd before 60, with that time taken out the car should run a 5.7 to 60, and with the other tvt mods hopefully something in the low 5's. 6300 in the first three gears won't hurt the engine. It's good to 6800 easy. I have had mine set that way for more than a year and drive like a teenager. No issues.
You are right about the 60 MPH ceiling on third gear. Damm irritating. Fix it in the tune and you will find yourself telling your BMW friends, "hey pal, you just got you butt kicked by a six."
