I personally never used a trans flush machine myself. But I would suspect you must use more fluid than the trans capacity to make it a true flush. If you use the exact amount, there is no way to get all the old stuff out because some will mix.

If our cars have a TC drain plug, there is absolutely no reason for a flush.
