I would imagine the dealer wouldn't have trouble doing an alignment but it could be off a bit and still be within factory specifications. Have them check it again if possible and ask for a printout of the final results. I usually ask for a printout of how the car is before they change anything just to compare and learn. They don't always want to do it however.
