Re: As much as I'm gonna miss the Alabaster 6 Speed...
As bmorgan says, everyone has their opinions on their parts. You can see what I went with from my signature. Even so, I don't get too crazy about this part or that one. Here's my opinion on the different CAIs and pulleys:
For the CAI:
If you want to look almost stock under the hood, get the SL55.
If you want the cool custom look (and more supercharger whine) get the NeedsWings CAI.
If you can fit it in your budget, get the NW dual CAI.
For Pulleys:
The Code3 has performed well for me, and it is by far the easiest to install. It performs marginally lower than the 178mm crank pulleys.
The 178mm crank pulleys seem to be the king performers - at least going from the times on dragtimes.com. Most of the top racers use the 178mm. Don't be too fooled by that as most of these 178mm owners are also heavily modified in other areas, so it's not just the 178mm pulley.
The 181mm and the 185 (and I think someone somewhere even has a 190) crank pulleys don't seem to perform quite as well as the 178 right out of the box. There are a lot of theories about this, the most common is that the 181 and 185 are pushing the supercharger into a less efficient range of operation where they generate more power but lots more heat. The theory goes that the added heat increases IATs and saps power. No one has proven or disproven this, so I'm just putting it out there.
If I was doing it all over again, I would go with a 178mm crank pulley myself. Then if I wanted more later, I could easily add a Code3 mid-sized SC pulley and be the equivalent of the 185mm crank. You can also get away without an ECU tune with just those two mods. You'll probably want one anyway, but wait for a tuning event and get it dyno tuned. It costs a little more, but it is worth it.
Regardless of which way you go, you can't go wrong with a pulley and a CAI. You'll be adding some serious power and your car will be soo much more fun to drive!
