Chrysler dealer turned my rotors at 30k when I had the Rotex Gold put on front and back. They said they looked fine, but that they always resurfaced rotors when installing new pads. Like Gary, I'll get new rotors when these pads wear out.
Brake wear is not an exact science, some people can make a set of brake pads last 2 sometimes 3 times as long than another person.
That's not critisizing anybody, it's just that we all have different braking techniques.
