I've not had to do any brake work on my Crossfire, so I can't tell you if there is much difference between it and an E320, but there is a pdf for an E320 brakes here:

You'll find a PDF in the second link that Magneticred posted. It looks exactly like the brake job I just did. Just be sure you've got the right torx bits. I stripped the one holding the brake sensor cable to the caliper. You don't actually need to remove this screw/bolt. I did because I was replacing the brake lines too. I'm not sure which car you have but the SRT has two piston's rather than just one, but they come off the same way.
