Keith - You are always so kind. I do think you are wrong about one of your statements, however. It was an easy decision for him....he has been threatening (me) to do it for months. The fact that there was so much activity and a new site just gave him the easy out.

This is a coincidence ... but it is a true coincidence. My Boss emailed this to me and it was in my "inbox" when I came to work this morning.
