I ordered the Gates #K081145 from Rockland auto for 52.xx Delivered. It is also 115.3". I don't think you should see any slippage. I think the bigger pulley's put to much strain on the tensioner and don't allow it to move enough when loading and unloading the motor. This results in the belt trying to stretch because the tensioner can't move enough which breaks the belt because something has to give. I think the longer belt will allow the tensioner to go back closer to it's normal position and do it's job. As far as slip you shouldn't experience any more then what you would have normally with a belt driven super charger set-up. I would check your tensioner out before the new belt just to make sure nothing broke inside.
