Is your battery definately dead? Unlock the car manually, pop the bonnet (hood) and disconnect the battery and reconnect. Then use the remote to dissarm the alarm/immobiliser. This somehow resets the central locking/alarm/immobiliser and allows you to enter and start the car as normal.
