Default Wrench Icon Code 158???

HELP!!!!! my 2005 crossfire that only has 17k miles on it did not pass NYS inspection. The mechanic from goodyear said that are several ODB's that need to be cleared before it can pass. He asked me if the battery had passed out rtecently and it did 2 days ago. AAA came and jumped me and said the battery is definitely still good. I just didn't start it enough during the winter. I drove it 50 miles that same day of the jump to recharge it. The goodyear guy said the car will need to be driven at least 100 miles to hopefully clear it. I did that today and I'll have them check it tomorrow. HOWEVER in the mean time I noticed a wrench icon on the dash with a little clock to the left of it and the numbers 158 to the right. i called my local dealer and he says he can't check the code without charging me at least $89 to start! can anyone tell me what this code means? I looked all over online and I cannot find anything similar. I'll let you know if I pass inspection tomorrow! Thanks for any assistance anyone can give. I feel so vulnerable!

*******Hey everyone! It passed inspection! I guess it was the battery causing some monitor something or other to alarm those ODB's. I did stop by my local autozone. the young lady hooked me up and saw no codes so I took it back to goodyear and the mechanic confirmed. I am buying one of those code readers for myself. Thanks everyone for the assitance*******
