But yes, you can lower the car a bit just changing out the spring pads.

Just checked. Stock on my car was 2 dot in the front and 3 dot in the rear. So you can lower the car 4 mm in the front by changing to the 1 dot and 8 mm in the rear by changing to the 1 dot.
