Well, I'm still in the market for a rear diff... The one that Soward sent was a 3.27 ring diff for a N/A. For future ref, it's easy to spot as the companion flange is smaller on the 3.27. Of course I didn't notice til I got it up in place and the bolts didn't line up...
when i put the 327 into my 6 i changed the front stub and installed a new seal the ring and pinion can be swapped and you are back in the running.
