Can't speak for other states Brian, but we don't have them sign anything anymore...too many refused to sign, and were jailed...so the law has changed here to just served...we write served in the signature column. These stop cameras fall under state constitution, and driving isn't a right, it is a privelige, so the law is a little different...but I don't like the cameras...but running red lights isn't a very smart thing to do...I have toleraded a lot of things I have seen over the years, never had a problem giving a warning....but, not for red lights...those are never good crashes to get called out too.....
