I believe this to be 100% truth. One of my closest friends has a MKIV Supra with stock turbos converted to non-sequencial, Motek Engine management, and all the tricks I can't think of(no interest in the cars). It makes a documented 427 WHP and I can pull him everytime... Not multiple car lengths, but a win is a win...
