Default Re: Sensor in grill

Is it possible that some Crossfires have different mounting areas for this sensor?
2 years ago I removed both of my lower grilles to install the mesh insert overlays, when I removed those lower grilles, my temp probe was not attached to either of the lower grilles, nor did I see it dangling anywhere. Since that time, my drivers side lower grille fell off somewhere along the road, this in turn caused some damage to my inner fender and all the other plastic pieces behind the bumper and then I noticed the probe dangling by it's wire, now the temp inside the car reads -36. I am in the process of having my SRT bumper cover painted, but I'm also trying to figure out all the other pieces I need to replace. I already have a new temp probe so I will eventually figure out where it's supposed to be mounted.
