Here's my quiestion on the roff are those 2 strips that go lengthwise front to back. they are soft and about 1/2" wide. A glossy clearcoat part of one of the strips came off on my towel today. It is still under the 3yr 36k warranty. Are these strips replaceable? Or does this happen alot?

I had those strips replaced under my 3/36 mile warranty back in 2005. They are covered in the bumper to bumper warranty. But you can be sure they will peel again. Mine did. I just used a little touchup paint and I can't tell.
