It says that you can only transfer it once. So according to the contract the buyer would not be able to transfer. BUT I am a 3rd owner of mine and I worked with the service dept. and dealership, and they jumped through some hoops for me to make it happen.

Moral: Anything is possible, so be polite and ask nicely and they should be able to make it happen for ya.
