Things to look for is how the vehicle was maintained, have them put it on a lift and look at the bottom of the car. pay particular attention to the wheels in and out, look at tread on tires, under the hood should be clean, look for oxidation on the engine.
Another thing to do that's quite important, go over the body, look for color changes and yes, get a carfax report. Mileage is also very important. If these cars came off of lease, see if they are one owner or several. the drivetrain warranty will still be in effect. In some cases you will still be able to buy an extended bumper to bumper warranty from Chrysler, it helps a great deal. Find out the car's in service date and that will be the date that the 7 year 70,000 mile warranty will cover. This should cost about $1,700 for a non deductable extended warranty.
The roadster is a great choice in any color. Lokk for the two tone interior, it's worth more than the solid color. An SRT-6 would be a dream because none were made in 07.
