I had new Suminoto Summer tires when I bought my Crossfire (stupid for a car living in a snow belt). First time it snowed , it was like all 4 tires were balled. Sold them to a local Crossfire owner for $425 and bought Goodyear F1 All season tires. It was like night and day difference. Got through 2 Cleveland , Ohio winters driving almost normally. In summer rain storms I have yet to experience any hydroplaning at 65 mph. Car seems to grip dry road curves like it is on rails.

Tires mean everything and must be matched to your driving conditions. The F1's were over $1000 from Mr. Tire.
The guy who bought my Suminotos said he only drove his Crossfire in the summer and was thrilled at the price.
