No problems myself but the hood liner does sag a bit and rubs on the engine cover. The worst point of contact is the area just behind the Chrysler winged logo, it actually leaves a mark. Also the clips along the rear edge of the hood that hold the liner in place can touch the top of the engine cover if they are not bent close to the hood.
There is not much room under the hood, a 3/4" thick piece of wood on the battery will prevent the hood from closing.
If you have doubts about clearance, try a piece of wood and try to shut the hood gently.
