I know I am asking for it but here goes, I think everyone has given you some great advise BUT there are always things to look at.
As far as price have an idea what you want to pay and find a car you like in your price range and keep in mind a good deal is one you and your wife are happy with and don't let anyone tell you different.
Base or Limited ... well do you want leather or cloth seats and so on, look at the two and pick what feels best, the power train is the same.
SRT.. well they are a blast to play with and run like a bat out of hell but read the SRT pages, they have their own issues and do keep in mind you can add HP to the Base and Limited.
The dirty tail pipe well ya do have to wipe her a** now and again but thats OK.
The Crossfire is a great car no matter which one you pick, it is built on the reliable Mercedes SLK platform and you will have few issues with the car. Well there is one exception, crash parts are not easy to come by.
