Default Crossfire no start pulse module?

Ok, so here's the deal I took out my RCM and the soldering is just fine on my Crossfire. With that being said I am trying to figure out why when I turn the key to start my CF all I get is one loud click and the belts turn maybe 1inch.....hmmm I am puzzled because I have read other posts on here about the rcm and it is not that, the battery is new and I just cant figure it out. I did leave the key in the on/run position after I tried to start it and I could hear this buzzing noise comming from the area of the throttle body??? I feel like I am at a wall and can't get over it! Any input is appreciated I was told that the pulse module is the part that sends signal from the ignition to the starter and that's the only thing I can think of right now, so does anyone know where it is located because in the service manuals it says that the 'pulse module' is part of the ignition system, but does not mention once it's location! Thanks Kalvin
