First of all congrats on 5 Years. I'm coming up on that in July and I'm still in love with the car. You know how many cars I've had and this is a first.
As for the wheels/wheel. Don't know about the dealer and the paint. If the wheel is in really bad shape there are places that repair them. Any high end dealer should be able to aim you. There is a place here in Glen Burnie called Ye Old Wheel Works. I will check back with you Monday and see how you made out. I have the address of Wheel Works at work if you want it.
