Well I got my wheels back, and I've been spending all afternoon and evening cleaning the wheels and under the fenders. I had asphalt "nuggets" on the back side of my rims as big as peas. (It's never going to look as good as Andrews use to, that's for sure).

Seriously thinking about painting the inner fenders black, but I still like the way the white looks. Just a pain to keep clean thanks to every spec of tar showing up so well.
After looking more closely at the rash on the edge of the rim, it looks more like a bad case of acne instead of being curbed. I just can't afford to spend anymore at the moment, so I'm going to try and make the repair myself. I still have to get it aligned too.
The tire place I bought the tires from won't touch it because it's a Mercedes. Went to the Mercedes dealer just down the street, and they won't touch it because it's a Chrysler.

Thanks everybody for the information, It's going to come in handy in my repairs.
