I thought I'd check back in on your progress 818, I saw that some of the members have suggested 3M adhesive remover, so I did a quick search and found some information on E-how about the 3M adhesive remover. Here's the link.. http://www.ehow.com/how_4487915_clean-3m-tape-from-car.html
If you wind up exhausting all of your efforts to find the existing interior non-salvageable you may have a bit of luck finding the parts you need from a total at a junk yard or on craigslist, both of which in most cases will pull the parts for you.
