3M's gunk remover works well. Buddy of mine used it to help heal the wounds of a dash applique' gone bad in his Camaro. It WAS a process that could not be rushed, but it worked well and got the plastic dash parts looking about 97% new again. I'd give it a shot. your pictures are terrible to look at though.
