Default Lawn care people

Well this is just outstanding.

This whole strip of houses is owned by one realty company that rents them all out, so they just have a few guys come through with lawn care stuff and do the entire line of houses. They came by today, and I didn't think anything of it. The crossfire is under a cover hiding from the pollen. They just do a basic mow the lawn and blow the grass off of the driveways. I didn't pay much attention and took the monte carlo to the post office. Didn't think anything of it, after all, the car is under a cover, so no big deal, right?

Wrong. A few hours later I was cleaning off my monte carlo and threw it under a cover as well. Just because I was curious as to how well the cover was keeping pollen out, I pulled the cover off of the crossfire. Starting at the back, I pulled up a bit and it looked good, just a tiny amount of pollen, nothing compared to being uncovered. Well, as I pulled the cover the rest of the way off, I saw a whole lot of crap sitting on the spoiler. Further removal revealed almost the entire car to be covered in grass, leaves, and a massive load of pollen.

Apparently while the lawn people were blowing off the drievway, they got the blower underneath the car and it started throwing all of this stuff around between the cover and the car (read paint). And when I pulled the cover off, all of that was sliding around. I hosed off the cover, and as gently as possible washed the piles of junk off of the car.

The sun was getting low, but I could see a ton of newly acquired swirl marks all over the car, mostly on the hood, roof, and spoiler.

So, sometime soon I get to do the whole buffing process over again. I usually leave with the crossfire when I see the people coming down the road, but this time I figured that it was under a cover so it wouldn't be a big deal. I was wrong.

I'll try to get some pictures of my brand new swirls tomorrow. I thought about getting pictures of all of the stuff on the car, but it was getting dark and I wanted to get it off as fast as possible.

Just wanted to complain. End rant.
