A bit taller and wider but no issues with clearance at all.
No way to scuff the rims with these bad boys on the rear now. 
You are running stock rims. I am looking at new rims 9.5 in wide in the back (rim doesn't come in 9 in wide)
is 285/35x19 a good choice for these rims?
