Default Re: Hopefully buying my first 2008 Crossfire Ltd Convertible

Hi everyone,

Yes I am crazy and I know that you all said that I could get money off doing the states thing; however, I had a boss years ago that did that with many vehicles and never got what he thought he was going to get.
I am a touchy feely sort of broad.
Let me touch it and I will know.
It was a tough decision day today. I spent 3 1/2 hours testing 2 convertibles. I started at 9:30 with beautiful sun shining and it was 2C!
So, when I arrived at the dealership, he said take in now for as long as you want, then come back in the afternoon if it is warmer and we will put the top down. I laughed and said, the sun is shining, the seats are heated, what more could you want ................. down with the top. He laughed and said my type of woman.
9:30 in the morning, top down, sun shining and 2 degrees (C) .............. life can not be any better.
Hate to tell you that it was the Nissan 350Z touring convertible at that time of day. Mind blower. Handled, moved, and much more ......... one of the best parts that I was never even chilled. Between the 2 roll over bars there was a piece of glass or plexi that was about 10 inches high to deflect the wind and it did it so well ................ Never even chilled.
Took the 2008 Crossfire Limited Convertible at 12:30 and was cold the whole time. The wind came inside the vehicle from everywhere it seemed with the top down.My thought is that there must be a way to do the same thing with this car and I sure hope so ................. because I bought the 2008 Crossfire Limited Edition Convertible ...............
Loved both of them for different reasons, but my man looks great in blue and he really loved it! Let's face it, by myself driving the Nissan with Bose radio system cranked as I did today going down the highway it was as if I was part of the car and road; but, the look on his face driving the Crossfire was what did it for me.
Happy early birthday present babe, because men do the driving when we woman are present and he deserves it.
