If you like stouts, here's one. 11 percent alcohol. I haven't tried it ... not a stout kinda guy ... but it sounds good.

But I tried Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale in an airport a few months back and they got the alcohol/taste thing figured out.

IMO any beer, cider or wine with greater than natural amounts of alcohol aren't going to have as good a taste as a spirit will.
