I may have to consider some sort of stickers over the logo, like yours (do you know how I could get my hands on these?). But what I think really sets off the front of your car are the tinted headlights. I think your car would look even more sinister if you didn't have the chrome wings--IMO, of course. If chrysler was smart, they would have developed a special, smaller, variation of the badging just for the crossfire. IMO, the badging is more akin to what the front of a porsche--they just have a crest and it also has a good amount of gold in it.
What is the headlight output like on your car? The tint looks great, but I just couldn't get myself to do what I suspect would reduce the functional output of the lights. I've always been curious to know how people drive at night with tinted headlights.
Contact H82BL8 (Bill) and see if he has any more emblems left, the black would look really good (it is what I have on the car now, not in that pic) they are not sitckers, but thick plastic of some sort, very durable.
My wings will be CF if everything turns out as it should, as will the hood. With the CF strakes I have now, along with the hood, front wings, and possible a CF SRT wing, it will all tie together. I photoshopped mine with black wings and did not like it, there was no line, just a wash of black.
As far as the headlights go, I think they look fantastic, but I screwed up with those. I went with 10K bulbs, and while I like the look through the tinted lenses, between the less output of 10K and even less through the tint, it is almost the same as OEM lights and lenses. I am going to replace the current HIDs with 4300 or 5K very soon, and then I will let you know. I think I will get quite a bit more out of them. There is def some light lost through the lenses, but not as horrible as some would have you believe.
