I brought it in a few weeks ago, and of course they found a leak in the smaller cover. I asked that they use blue loctite on any bolt that they remove because they have a tendency to loosen on their own. I get a call back saying that they don't have to remove any bolts to do the repair. ??? So I'm skeptical once again of their servicing abilities. I get the car back and the problem is better but not gone. In the bright morning sun I can see more than a wisp of smoke escaping from the driver's side of the hood.

Valve cover gaskets aren't rocket science, right? I never give customer service people any crap, but they're gonna get a piece of my mind...and a printed out copy of the DIY.
