With the top down is certainly is better. As to the x-pipe vice the h-pipe, I didn't notice an h-pipe when I looked under there. Now with the MF having two in and going down to one, I may very well find a shop willing to take it to a dual up to the rear cats and in doing so have an x-pipe installed.
