looking at the great pics bob posted all you have to do is cut your exhaust at th y pipe just past the cats. dual it from there to the muffler. this issue you will have is the catback is a single tube design. magnaflow does make a dual inlet dual out muffler that could be used but i have no idea as to the noise level.
i placed my x pipe in the same location as the oem h pipe. from what i have read, lengthening the exhaust or shortening the exhaust will change the sound. the balance pipes (x or h) are used to balance the flow from 1 side to another and placement is a mathematical calculation based upon the system. thats why i put mine in the same place.
