I've not driven a 350 but I hear it's more of a true blue sports car; with the Crossfire being more of a grand tourer, more comfortable and "mercedes'ey". I can only comment on the Crossfire first hand and I've had no problems in the very short time I've had it. In the UK at least, 350's are a dime a dozen whereas Xfire's are rare... I'm not sure that's the case where you are. There's a great performance car magazine over here and they entered a race series for a set of articles; they chose the Nissan as their track car. It all depends what you're after really.
