That was far more traumatic than losing my XF.
In my long life I have owned 7 Porsche's and one XF. Loved my XF more than my Porsches, which says a lot about our beloved autos.
Sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved dog. I have two small dogs, a poodle-Bischeon, and a full Bischeon, the Poodle mix is also 8 so I can imagine how you feel loosing her at such a young age.
On a more happy note, for me anyway, I have been retired over ten years, and, last summer was able to pay cash for my '05 black limited coupe.
I guess I have the best of both worlds, just hope my health remains good.
Good luck with retirement, and maybe soon you will be able to buy another Crossfire.
