I was a bit surprised at this posting. We’ve always put forth a lot of effort into insuring our customers are taken care of. I can not conceive what would have been going on if on the phone someone from here was short with you. We have many of our customers that just call us up for no reason just to talk because we are so personable and friendly down here.
Please accept my deepest apology on behalf of the company if you felt anyone was rude to you.
As for the phone calls, I’m very sorry about that also. I hate to think that you received 5 phone calls if every time you answered and told us you were ok? It’s our job to insure that everything is correct with each order and if there is ever any misunderstanding at all we just assume call and clear it up especially if we’ve not received any email responses. We take our work very seriously and when we have customers money we are all about getting it right and making it beautiful!
As for the lighting, please see this video here. If your windscreen does not light up like this then we need to make sure you have the proper set up. Please do not hesitate to call me personally anytime 972-487-5987. We want to make sure that everything works properly and that our customers are satisfied.
We have something brand new coming out very soon and we are very excited about it!
